Castles, cliffs and rainbows: Antrim coast

There was a rainbow every five minutes on the Antrim coast

Because it rained a lot

Ballintoy Harbour Cottage

But then the sun would come out

Making for some dramatic skies

Giant’s Causeway
White Rocks Bay

It’s an amazing rocky coast

Ballintoy

With wild seas

But Ballintoy Harbour was peaceful

And deserted in the evenings.

Elephant Rock, Ballintoy

Doors and windows…

Of Bushmills

Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge
Carrick-a-Rede
Dunluce Castle
Kinbane Head

Cushendun is lovely (above)

White Rocks
The Dark Hedges
Dunluce Castle
Ballintoy
Dunseverick Castle
View of Dunluce

See the Giant’s Causeway, but don’t be taken in by the National Trust…

Ignore their demands for £10.50 per person

Park at The Nook and eat or drink there, then walk down for free
